1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from CoastKey, Inc. (“CoastKey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through coastkey.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Products and pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but errors may occur. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to change or update product information at any time.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, obvious pricing or typographical errors, or suspected fraud. We will confirm your order by sending an order confirmation, and we will inform you promptly if we cannot accept your order.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. Your card may be authorized for the purchase amount at the time of ordering.
7. Shipping and delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
8. Returns and refunds
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. To process a return, please email us at post@coastkey.no with your receipt or proof of purchase.
The following are non-returnable: gift cards and downloadable software products. Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Sale items are not refundable.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from it. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at post@coastkey.no.
9. Warranties and disclaimer
Products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty; please refer to the warranty information provided with each product. Except for any such warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our products are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoastKey, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoastKey, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Sale.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
13. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes are effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
